Cancellation made 72 hours or more before departure: full refund (no cancellation fees).
Cancellation made between 48 and 72 hours before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: no refund will be issued.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances preventing the tour from operating safely, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
